Speech and Language Difficulties
Support may include speech delay, speech sound and articulation disorders, mispronunciation, sound substitution or omission, delayed speech and language development, receptive and expressive language difficulties, vocabulary development, sentence formation and difficulty understanding or following instructions.
Therapy plans are individualized according to developmental level, communication abilities, assessment findings and family requirements. Pediatric support can also include communication difficulties associated with autism, ADHD, developmental delay, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and hearing impairment.
